Monique is a former Immigration Judge with over 18 years of exclusive experience in U.S. immigration law. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in 2003 from the University of Puerto Rico and a Juris Doctor in 2007 from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico School of Law. In October 2025, she returned to her Florida home after having served as an Immigration Judge in Fort Worth Texas to tend to her family’s needs and established Carreras Law is committed to delivering ethical, straightforward, and dependable representation, giving clients clarity and confidence at every stage of their immigration journey.
